Payment for your scanning is made on a monthly basis. Paid in fees cannot be refunded.
EXTENSION & CANCELLATION
You can at any time cancel your scanning. To cancel your scanning, you need to log in to your account on our website. Your scanning is not automatically cancelled at the end of the payment period. Use the login details you received with your initial purchase to log in to your account. Once you have cancelled your scanning, cancellation will take effect after the end of your payment period. Paid fees are not refunded.
You can choose to pay in Swedish kronor SEK, Euro EUR, Pounds Sterling GBP or US Dollars USD. The default currency is Swedish kronor. If you change currency during the payment process, your basket will be nulled, therefore we advise that you select your currency before making your purchase.
