DESCRIPTION Small bright room of 7 square meters with a window and a 90 cm bed. Sheets and towels are not included but are available for an extra fee. Shared basic equipped kitchen, shower, and toilet. Washing machine in the house. The tenant cleans the room themselves before departure. More information about this will be provided in the confirmation email upon booking.
PRICE One night is the shortest possible booking time, maximum 28 nights. 313 SEK per night including 25% VAT (250 SEK excl. VAT) for stays up to 10 nights. 3125 SEK incl. 25% VAT (2500 SEK excl. VAT) for 11 to 28 nights.
BOOKING You book in the calendar above to the right on this page, where you can see and choose among available days. It is possible to book a maximum of 28 days. Select the number of days you want to book under Duration above the calendar.
You pay the full amount for your stay at the time of booking. After booking, you will receive an email with more information about the access code you need to enter the accommodation.
PAYMENT Payment is made with secure card payment via the Stripe payment service. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can read more about Stripe here. You can read our terms of purchase here.
CONDITIONS Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the stay. Refund will be made with the full prepaid amount within 14 days. In case of later cancellation, a fee of 20% of the prepaid amount will be charged. Other prepaid amounts will be refunded within 14 days.
The room and inventory should be left in the same condition as upon arrival. In case of careless damage, destruction, or loss, you will be liable for restoration or any deductible. The stay is located in a building with several other businesses, which means that you undertake to follow the applicable rules and procedures regarding key management and locking of premises. More information will be sent via email upon booking.
GETTING HERE The accommodation is located 5 km from a small community with a shop, pizzeria. The local bus stops right outside the accommodation, at the “Vännersta” stop, with 30 km to the nearest city. The nearest train station is Kramfors, but a ticket can be purchased via SJ to Nordingrå, with a bus change in Kramfors (tell the bus driver that you want to be dropped off in Vännersta).

ARRIVAL You have access to your room at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Keys are in a key box, and information about it will be sent via email upon booking. So, you can arrive at any time of the day. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Often, one of our artists is on-site and can answer questions or show you around.
CURRENCY You can choose to pay in Swedish Krona, Euro, British Pound, or US Dollar. The default is Swedish currency. If you change currency during the purchase process, your shopping cart will be reset, so please choose the currency you want to make your purchase with at once.
